Leaf
Cured Indian leaf, sold by type, region and grade
Main use: body and filler in blends. For cigarette blends we offer FCV, and Gujarat lots selected for a good smoking profile.
Whole cured leaf for buyers who purchase by type and grade. Indian flue-cured Virginia (FCV) comes from the Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka crops: Mysore (Karnataka Light Soils) from Karnataka, and Northern Light Soils (NLS) from Andhra Pradesh. Gujarat leaf, sun-cured, comes from our home region and runs higher in nicotine than FCV. Gujarat's types are known by trade names such as bidi tobacco, Lal and Kala Chopadia, Gadaku and rustica.
Burley, dark fire-cured, Natu (sun-cured, from Andhra Pradesh) and Gujarat rustica can be supplied on request. The crop on offer is 2026. Give us the type, grade and destination, and we confirm what is available for your shipping window before anything is committed.
Common applications
- Cigarette blends: FCV, and Gujarat lots selected for a good smoking profile
- Bidi and cut-tobacco manufacturing
- Blending, as a body or filler component

Leaf nicotine on a ruler from 0 to 5.5 per cent: NLS FCV up to about 3.6 per cent, Gujarat leaf about 4.1 to 4.7 per cent.

Lamina
Threshed leaf blade with the stem taken out
Main use: clean filler for blenders who want to set stem content themselves.
Lamina is the leaf blade after threshing, with the stem removed. We offer it from FCV and Gujarat leaf in several strip sizes. Strip size, grade and maximum stem content are written into the contract, so that what ships matches the specification you tested.
Common applications
- Filler and blend component for cut-tobacco manufacturing
- Blending with other origins and types
- Input where low stem content matters

Lamina nicotine on a ruler from 0 to 5.5 per cent: FCV up to about 3.6 per cent, Gujarat about 4.1 to 4.7 per cent.

High-nicotine scrap
Gujarat scrap, sold on nicotine block and mesh size
Main use: nicotine extraction, reconstituted sheet and blends that need a higher-nicotine component.
High-nicotine scrap, which we also call high-impact scrap, is a product in its own right: Nicotiana tabacum from Gujarat, sun-cured on open ground, where the leaf is laid on the open ground to cure. It is sold on nicotine block and mesh size. Unlike FCV, where scrap, stems and dust are by-products of threshing, Gujarat scrap is the product itself. It is offered in several mesh sizes and four nicotine blocks. Aroma is neutral, earthy and woody, and the burn is good. We procure from areas known to produce low-chloride leaf and select within them.
Scrap is sold by nicotine block and mesh size rather than by leaf grade.
Common applications
- Nicotine extraction and refining (see the application section below)
- Reconstituted sheet and other manufacturing inputs
- Blending where a higher nicotine component is needed

Capacity figures are indicative and vary by season; volumes and schedules are agreed per contract.
High-nicotine scrap blocks on a ruler from 0 to 5.5 per cent: Standard 1.0 to 3.5, Medium 3.6 to 4.0, High 4.1 to 4.5 and Premium 4.6 to 5.5 per cent. Typical Gujarat material runs about 4.1 to 4.7 per cent.

Stems
The midrib, a by-product of threshing and processing
Main use: raw material for reconstituted sheet and expanded-stem inputs, and feedstock for extraction.
Stems are the midrib separated from the leaf during threshing and processing, so availability follows processing and the season. They are offered alongside leaf and scrap, and the HS heading is shown on the commercial documents. Tell us the form and cut size you need and we confirm what can be supplied.
Common applications
- Reconstituted sheet and expanded-stem inputs
- Nicotine extraction feedstock
- Other industrial uses where local rules permit

Stems carry no set nicotine span. Nicotine is confirmed per lot.

Dust
The fine fraction, graded by nicotine content
Main use: nicotine extraction and reconstituted tobacco inputs, bought on nicotine grade.
Dust is the fine fraction produced in handling and processing. We offer three types, tobacco dust, stem dust and stalk dust, across six nicotine grades. Buyers choose on nicotine, fineness and consistency, so every batch has its own certificate of analysis.
Common applications
- Nicotine extraction
- Reconstituted tobacco inputs
- Agricultural uses where rules permit

Dust is sold in six nicotine grades on a ruler from 0 to 5.5 per cent: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.0 per cent.

Application
Feedstock for nicotine extraction, graded by minimum nicotine
Extractors buy mainly on nicotine content. Our high-nicotine scrap and dust grades both serve as feedstock, offered in fine to very fine particle sizes on a minimum-nicotine basis.
What extractors ask first
- Minimum nicotine, on a dry basis
- Particle size
- Moisture not above 12% at loading
- A sealed retained sample per lot
- A third-party laboratory for any disputed result
Name the application when you enquire and we reply with the feedstock sheet and the grades available.

Scrap route
High-nicotine scrap in nicotine blocks from 1.0% to 5.5%, with most Gujarat lots at about 4.1-4.7%.
Dust route
Fine dust in six nicotine grades from 1.0% to 4.0%, with a certificate of analysis for every batch.
Agreed basis
Minimum nicotine, moisture and test basis stated in the contract, so both sides measure the same thing.

Sourcing
Grown in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka
Gujarat supplies our leaf and scrap. Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka supply flue-cured Virginia. Our own plant in Gujarat threshes, cleans, sorts, grades and screens the material.
The network figure is indicative and varies by season.
