Documents
Six PDFs that answer a buyer's first questions
Specification layouts, a company brochure and shipping guidance, written for the people who approve a first order. They go to business addresses by email and carry no prices.
The six documents
Each document follows one step of a buyer's evaluation
You receive the version that matches your product and intended use. The range itself is set out on the Products page.
| Document | What is in it | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Company brochure | Who Indileaf is, the range, supplied from India by a Gujarat-based company, and the path from enquiry to shipment. | |
| Product catalogue | Leaf, lamina, high-nicotine scrap, stems and dust, with forms, common uses, working ranges and packing. | |
| Specification sheet templates | The one-grade layout we work from. Every value carries its basis, as-is or dry, so a figure reads the same to buyer and seller. | |
| Sample test-report layout | A blank layout showing how a laboratory test report is organised. It holds no results. Material is screened in our own laboratory, a certificate of analysis is issued per batch for dust, and a sealed retained sample is kept per lot. | |
| Nicotine-extraction feedstock sheet | For extractors: dust and scrap in fine to very fine sizes, graded on a minimum-nicotine basis, with packing and the certificate of analysis supplied per batch for dust. | |
| Packing and shipping guide | Cartons and HDPE bags, how a consignment is packed and the documents prepared for it. |
Ranges in the documents are working figures; confirmed values come with the sample.

What each document covers
Match each document to the person reading it
Procurement and vetting
The brochure and the packing and shipping guide. Between them they cover who we are, how an enquiry runs and what travels with a consignment.
Technical and buying
The catalogue and the specification sheet templates. Fields, units and basis are fixed, so two offers can be set side by side.
Quality and laboratory
The sample test-report layout. How our laboratory screens material, issues certificates and keeps retained samples is covered under method and basis on the Quality page.
Extraction buyers
The feedstock sheet: grades set by minimum nicotine, stated on a dry basis.
For a sheet on a single grade, send the product, intended use, quantity and destination. We reply with a specification and sample options.
