Every order follows the same four stages; what changes is the specification and the destination.
Ask Steps 1-2
- Send your enquiryName the product, quantity, destination and specification you need.
- Test a sampleA sample reaches you with its specification sheet, so you can test before you commit.
Agree Step 3
- Agree the contractThe specification and quantity are settled in writing before anything is packed.
Prepare Steps 4-8
- Source the materialDrawn from our farmer network and from the growing areas that suit the grade you ask for.
- Process and gradeThreshing, cleaning, sorting and grading happen in our own plant in Gujarat.
- Screen in-houseLots are screened in our own laboratory, dust carries a certificate of analysis per batch, and a sealed retained sample is kept for every lot. Third-party laboratory certificates are available on request.
- Pack and markNew C48 cartons or HDPE bags, with lot marking on the packs.
- Prepare documentsCommercial and shipping documents are drawn up for your order.
Ship Steps 9-10
- Load and shipWe load, clear export formalities and put the cargo on the vessel.
- Follow throughDocuments go to you, and we keep you informed until the cargo arrives.



Documents and specification
What travels with the cargo
Each lot is identified against its specification, and the papers are prepared alongside the shipment.

Who does what. We prepare the documents and load the cargo, and the importer holds the permits and licences. For background on shipping terms in general, read FOB, CIF and CFR for tobacco shipments.
Packing and loading
Packed to protect the leaf, marked to match the lot
- Cartons. New C48 cartons of about 150 kg hold leaf and scrap.
- Bags. HDPE bags carry dust (25-40 kg) and feedstock; lamina and stems go in cartons or bags as agreed.
- Marking. Packs carry lot marking, so each lot can be identified against its specification.
- Loading. We load and ship, and arrange fumigation and phytosanitary certificates where required.

Do you have your own laboratory?
Yes. Lots are screened in our own laboratory, every batch of dust carries its own certificate of analysis, and a sealed retained sample is kept for every lot.
Which documents come with a shipment?

How is your tobacco packed?
Leaf and scrap go into new C48 cartons of about 150 kg. Dust goes into HDPE bags of 25-40 kg, and feedstock into HDPE bags. Lamina and stems are packed in cartons or bags as agreed.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Send us the product, intended use and destination, and the sample comes with a specification sheet so that you can test before you order.
